Boraie Development Sponsors Free Movies At The State Theatre

New Jersey’s State Theater announced the return of its popular Free Summer Movies Series. The 2017 series will be sponsored by The Provident Bank Foundation and Boraie Development. The theater chose six classic films for its series Frozen, E.T. the Extra Terrestrial, Aladdin, Monsters University, Babe and Despicable Me 2. A different movie will be each week for the six weeks of the series. The movies are aired free of charge on each Saturday from July 12 to August 16. On its scheduled week, the movie will air at 1030 and 1900. The purpose of the series is to give members of the New Jersey Community a chance to enjoy their favorite movies together with friends and family. The movies are aired at New Jerseys prominent and historic State Theatre.

Hiam Boraie, Senior Vice President at Boraie Development said that his company was proud of taking part in an event that would help bring members of the community together. He also acknowledged that most viewers would appreciate the chance to view a film at the historic New Jersey venue. According to NY Times, the State Theatre’s management was grateful to the sponsors for bringing back the event and expanding the lineup to six films. Anna Marie Gewirtz, who works as the VP for Strategic Partnerships and Development at the State Theater, reiterated the organization’s commitment to providing the community with family-friendly programming. She said the event was part of the theater’s Community Access Initiative that provides the community with free events at the theater. She thanked The Provident Bank Foundation and Boraie development for sponsoring the event which would reach approximately 7500 people from New Jersey. Participants of the series will enjoy a unique experience. The State Theatre has a HD digital cinema projection system with digital surround sound. The theater can seat 2000 participants who can view movies either from the balcony or sitting space.
